Aramark Changes At The CityPlace Cafe & Sundry Stores Brings New Offerings For 2012!

With the New Year also comes Cathie Degler, the newly appointed Food Service Director for the CityPlace Cafe & Sundry stores. 

Cathie Degler comes to us with both retail (Trailhead Brewery) and Corporate dining experience and has managed cafe and catering services, a Kaldi's Coffee shop as well as Sundry Stores.  Cathie is excited to use her industry experience to inspire life at work through great food, friendly service and thoughtful input.  She hopes you'll stop by the cafe or sundry stores to introduce yourself.

Cooking Light Partnership Program

In early 2010, ARAMARK Business Dining joined with Cooking Light, the nation’s number one epicurean brand with the largest audience, most epicurean editorial and the most recipes, in an exclusive multi-year agreement that expanded ARAMARK’s health and wellness offerings and the magazine’s reach into business and industry locations.

The relationship provides ARAMARK with access to Cooking Light recipes and its ongoing development of healthy foods.  The benefits to our guests is they are able to enjoy a freshly prepared Cooking Light breakfast, lunch or snack item and learn tips and techniques from the onsite team. Cooking Light recipe cards are made available, and the item’s accompanying nutritional information, so recipes can be replicated away from the office.

CityPlace Café will feature menu selections using Cooking Light recipes from January 9 – 27, 2012.  From January 9 – 13 and January 23 - 27, try recipes from Cooking Light at the Home zone.  Enjoy delicious menus such as the Asian Chicken Salad.  From January 16 – 20, try recipes from Cooking Light at the Grill zone.  Enjoy bold flavors such as the Spicy Chicken Quesadilla.
